Planning & Resource Mobilization
With the agreement in place, our site surveyors meticulously research the project location to provide recommendations. The engineering team then identifies all necessary resources, and detailed plans are finalized, including scheduling, logistics, and securing required permits.
Project Execution & Milestone Delivery
This stage involves the physical construction work, including site preparation and the execution of power line, civil, or road works. Payments are structured in milestones, with a deposit required at contract signing, and a percentage of the total project cost becoming due upon the successful delivery of each agreed-upon milestone.
Lifestyle Integration
Quality Assurance & Handover
Throughout the construction phase and upon completion, rigorous quality checks are performed to ensure the project meets all standards and specifications. Once completed to the highest quality, the project is officially handed over to the client.
